Feedback on our service:

Examples of feedback from people who have used our service:

"Excellent support from both information specialists who I worked with. The support ran from pre-award, through to publication of results. There is no doubt that their support helped me secure my funding and produce a high quality evidence synthesis." - Simon Pini, INSCHOOL project.

"Natalie has helped with several of our projects and have always provided extremely professional services but also enthusiastic engagement with our subject matter and a real interest in our project development and outputs. As a team we have all learned so much from Natalie and look forward to working with her again soon." - Jess Mitchell, COSTAR HERDI project.

"The support I was provided with was second to none. Not only did the information specialists help me with my searches, they advised and guided me through the process of my realist review...the first time I have done this. They suggested learning resources, and were happy to meet when my ideas were still nebulous so I could understand how to hone down what I needed. Importantly, the team were supportive and kind, I genuinely felt I could ask any question, no matter how daft it felt. I cannot thank Judy and Gemma enough...they are fantastic!" - Maddy Kenny, Stroke SD project.

"Judy brought in and suggested methods such as Harzing Publish or Perish software, CitationChaser Shiny App, and use of Rayyan.ai for screening which really helped the process. These all made working with Judy very productive and helped me to learn best practices too." - Justin Aunger, Unprofessional Behaviour project.
